Email Signature Generator
Turn your contact details into a clean, clickable email signature. Choose a layout, check your colors, and copy a formatted signature or export HTML and plain text.
No signup. Details are processed in this tab. The tool does not save or send them, and it never loads your logo URL.
Your signature
Only your full name is required. Everything else is optional. Changes update the preview automatically.

Paste formatted content into your email app’s visual signature editor. Manual preview selection copies text and formatting, but excludes your logo; use formatted copy or HTML export to include its URL.
HTML and plain-text output / manual copy
Use Select output, then Ctrl+C or Command+C. HTML source belongs in an editor that accepts code; pasting it into a visual editor shows raw tags.
Create and install your signature
- Enter a name and the contact details you want to share. Add only useful links. Choose a layout and a readable accent color.
- Review the preview and checks. A contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 is the normal-text target for this white background. It does not predict automatic color changes in dark mode.
- Use Copy formatted signature for a visual editor. Use HTML code only when the destination accepts HTML source. Use plain text for text-only clients or a minimal reply signature.
- Save the signature in your email app, assign it to the appropriate account and new-message/reply defaults, then send a test message to yourself.
Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail
In Gmail on desktop, open Settings → See all settings → General → Signature. Create or edit a signature, paste the formatted content, choose your defaults, then save changes. Gmail documents a 10,000-character limit; images also count. This tool’s source-character and byte counts are informative, not an exact model of Gmail’s internal count. See Google’s current signature instructions.
In Outlook, find the Signatures settings for your version and paste into its formatted editor; the menu location varies between desktop, new Outlook, and web. In Apple Mail on Mac, use Mail → Settings → Signatures and review whether its default-font setting changes your styling. Mobile apps may use separate, more limited signature settings. A pasted signature can lose styles; try the manual selection or HTML download, and verify a received message.
What the output means
The HTML uses presentation tables, inline styling, system fonts, and underlined text links. It includes no tracking pixels or vendor icons. HTML size is the actual UTF-8 size of the generated fragment, excluding hosted image files. Download HTML saves a standalone document; Download text saves the plain-text alternative. The chosen font may fall back on devices that do not have it.
Email layouts are not rendered identically everywhere. Clients can rewrite markup, strip formatting, block images, invert colors, or wrap wide content differently. The compact and top-rule layouts are useful for narrow screens. Test in your actual clients, including dark mode and images disabled. This tool does not verify email delivery, phone allocation, link destinations, image availability, or legal wording.
Privacy and safe links
Generation runs in your browser without sending your details to this tool’s server. Nothing is stored by the generator; refreshing loses your work. The shared website may have its normal analytics. Copying uses your browser’s clipboard, and downloads save to your device. A hosted logo is only included as a URL in formatted clipboard/HTML exports; opening those exports or an email may contact the image host. Choose an image you control and avoid private or expiring URLs.
Web links must use HTTP or HTTPS; images require HTTPS. Mailboxes use a conservative ASCII format, with plus tags supported; quoted addresses and internationalized local parts are outside this tool’s scope. Phone links use the international + form; local numbers remain text. The generator follows mailto URI encoding, telephone URI conventions, and the WCAG color-contrast calculation.
